| Are you too old? For a company to pre-determine how old a person needs to be to do a certain job or get hired for a new position may seem on the surface to be fairly harmless. After all, can a seventy year-old man lift heavy boxes and stock shelves all night long? In most cases he cannot, but a twenty year-old can. Even the most liberal of advocates can see the common sense in that, but what about the seventy year-old that goes to the gym every day?
